VSG Surgery anyone?

I had VSG in May 08 and have had excellent results.  Wondering if there is anyone on this forum who has had this?

Hello , well I  had my VSG on Nov 3 and I too am doing great , had wonderful weight lost so far, but like most I am on a stall and have been for a couple of weeks , now starting to up my protein and liquids and excerise to get the scale moving again, continue with your journey and look forward to seeing my post from you 

Thanks for responding, you can go to my page and see my results.  I still have issues with getting in all the liquids.  Proteins seem to be a lot easier for me.  At this point, I am 4 pds away from my original goal and would LOVE to stop losing weight.  I never thought I would say that.  LOL  I am at the size that I hoped I would be!  YEAH!

VSGer checking in.   I was sleeved  8-4-08..................    I love it.   Never no pains or issues........

I am down about 47 pounds from surgery.   My surgery bmi was 36.

I am considering the VSG with Dr. Alvarez.  I would love to get your perspective on the experience.  Particularly what it was like going to Mexico and your experiences with Dr. Alvarez.

It is really ,like going to  Eagle Pass,   Texas,    You are picked up and transported  from the San Antonio, Texas airport.     The hospital is 5 mins across the border from Eagle Pass........

I have my VSG done on November 4, 2008.  I'm doing great and I'm pleased with my weight loss so far.  I'm hoping to reach goal in about 7 or 8 months.
