DAY 45 P90X PLUS, HALF WAY THROUGH

Morning Yall

I cannot even believe I am half way through,  wow that is a trip. 
I worked out this morning feeling like I was at the top of the mountain and will start my decent tomorrow.

I am so glad I did this again, because it shows me how much grit I have.  I am stronger at this age than I have ever been, how cool is that ???

So mine is done, is yours??

Hi Lee. I went out shopping today and I'm really motivated to start the new yr with a bang.  Target was having a sale on lots of their workout DVDs so I got Drop it in 30.  I also got 2 Firm DVDs and weight training gloves. I looked at a Jillian Michael's DVD but I got scared!

So far my plan is to start a liquid diet Jan 1st. I'll get my port repositioned the 7th, and continue liquids as long as the Dr suggests. Then I plan on doing Seattle Sutton's meal plan for 3 months. I have it in my mind where I wanna be by my Bday so I gotta get on track.

I have the first series of the Firm videos and I use to like them, actually I liked one of the girls azz on one so I did it.  LOL    I didn't like drop it in 30 cause it's to girl dance aerobic routine, but you may like it I just prefer a more serious weight training feel in workouts. 

I don't understand why you are doing a liquid diet, does it really do anything to the port?  And once you start eating again doesn't that port go back to where it was anyway.   I just don't get this whole liquid phase everyone is in.   Tell me something maybe I'll try it,  actually I'm way to greedy to go without food.   I know me  LOL.

I don't know Seattle Sutton's meal plan,  i'm going to have to look that up.

The Jillian videos are nothing to be afraid of.  I love watching her workout because of her arms.  LOL.   I have to have some sort of physciality to look out that I find attractive or I won't do it.  

Man you got a plan girl.  I hope I can keep up with you.

I'm doing the liquid thing cuz I'm pretty sure the doc is gonna put me on one anyway after surgery.  The liquids aren't going to have any effect on the position of the port, I just need to jump start my brain to get into action.  Plus if this surgery is anything like my original one I was so swollen inside that real food didn't interest me. The liquid protein should help my healing.

I guess l don't mind the dancy videos, it works for me and makes the time go by faster. Now when I'm cleared to do any weight lifting I'm all serious about the weights. I like to be alone, don't really need music, and don't even suggest I join some kind of class-it ain't happening.

Seattle Sutton is similar to Jenny Craig. Its a local meal delivery plan but all the food is fresh and made locally. So you get meals delivery twice weekly.  They only have 2 calorie plans. 1200, and 2000.  I'll start with the 2000 and trend downward.  I'm pretty sure they have a website.

Glad you approve of my plan, I'll keep you posted on how it goes.
