Two week herbal cleanse begins tonight
It's a lotta water, lotta pills and VERY little bullshiot stuff (i.e. pork, beek, refined foods, etc) so I will be on a altered eating plan for the duration - not a diet, but I will be focusing on turkey and chicken and veggies w/ some complex carbs.
Pray for me yall..... I stocked up on room spray...... LMAOOOO

You have to drink tea and take the pills and drink the powder mix also. You will be farting and dripping pooh, I am not even kidding. Becca's mom did it with me and she said after looking at the website she got scared and stopped taking it cause she didn't want any aliens coming out of her. LOL.
It makes your belly feel very trim I will tell you that but after your done and eating again you go back to packing in shiot and that feeling goes away.
Make sure you look at your poop though so that you can tell if it is working. Here is some pictures of stuff that came out of people.
