On the real - you know as well as I do that one of the things that allowed us to gain in the first place was denying certain things - putting EVERYTHING on the table ALL the time means you can't hide NOTHING.... that's when you can make progress..... that's the theory I'm work off of anyway - and gon DRIVE his azz INSANE with it!!!!!

OK,  I knew this had to be a mistake when I saw 40 posts on my P90X  PLUS,  cause don't but 3 -4 people ever check in on this one but I see it is about Garland.  Get your own dam thread man.      Actually no don't cause then I get some traffic so feel free to stay.  But don't come in here with your workout advice when your not working out like you should be.
