OK,  I agree.  Garland yo ass is going to stall and real quick.  You know dam well your big azz need to eat and not just some dam grapes and nuts and ****  Come on man.  Yeah you lost a few pounds at your size you will loose in the beginning and you know that but if you keep this starving **** up you won't be losing to many more pounds.  

Are you trying to loose weight by not eating???  Cause if you are you will soon gain every one of those 15 or whatever pounds you just lost cause yo ass gone get hungry real fast and start eating out of control.  

And MM is right,  you get on here giving workout advice and your not even eating enough food to sustain your body weight forget eating enough to sustain any exercise.

Umm G...it seems like all your workouts are upper body. What kind of lower body workouts do you do?

Well it seems like you only post upper body stuff, there's the whole other half of your body to work on too...

Garland, say what you want but as somebody starting off from the beginning again, dontcha think splitting your time betweeeen cardio and all body groups would be a good idea?

You know 4 days a week 30 min of cardio
One day a week upper body
One day a week abs
One day a week lower body

Once you get stronger you can do abs more often.

Seriously I'm done now. I know I'm not a fitness fanatic or guru like others on the board but when I was working out consistently I paid attention..I'm just suffering from a lack of motivation right now.
