Morning Yall
I did my workout early this morning because I am really in the mood for some oatmeal this morning and I wanted to eat it as soon as I got up so I so I could eat. LOL. Once a fat girl always a fat girl.
I did my workout and I had my delicious oatmeal, Did you guys do yours?

Nope. No workout for me, I'm already at work for the day and have no idea when I'll be heading home. Like I said before I'm gonna start fresh with the New Year.
I can say my eating has been on point for the past couple of weeks. Probably because the stomach flu has been going around I've been nauseaus for the past 2 weeks.

The New Year, New You thing Michelle. I was going to take a week off but I know I will gain weight if I tried to do that. So I am sticking with the old year old me; and when it's a new year i'll just work my way through that also LOL.
This year exercise or workout stuff and I am so glad cause on my birthday it was only workout stuff. I am really enjoying these new Jillian Michaels books I got. I think I may try her method of eating soon. I also started listening to her radio show on Sundays. I am going to finish both her books before I decide though.

Why not start a little light exercise now maybe a few situps, and then on the 1st pick it up to where you want it to be. That is what 6 workout days you miss by waiting until the 1st, but don't think I don't understand cause I do the same thing just not exercise wise, it's all about the junk food for me.
