when i  am asked about my weight loss (its so apparent to everyone now), i tell them its this kilo of coke i carry around in my backpack.... bur i tell them i follow a high protein low carb diet, becaus e i too lke shani dont feel like explaining my medical history to them and have to explain to people WHY i did it because to them it wasnt necessary... i looked fine blah blah i dont have that much to lose uhhhh 100 lbs is a lot ot lose

  you all HIGH CLASSED with yours..... I told folk I smoked CRACK!!!! 

Funny thing is that now on my job - folk don't know the 'fat' me - everybody calls me the 'fitness fanatic' or the 'health guru'...... MAN - if they ONLY KNEW!!!!!!  

yeah MM that crack diet is the joint..... except the side effects is a trip.....

you begin to smell like **** and baby powder, wear a lot of acid wash(jacket and jeans), wear leaned over reebok freestyle classics,   and become a strange entreprenuer, like sell video game consoles without the controllers, or a set of knives, or a haircut kit.... or.... some become certified professional *******logists

see man  thats the only bad part to the crack diet.... thats why i sticks to the coke....
