Just introducing myself

WOW.  I had no idea I would have gotten such a response from this forum.  Thank you everyone for the war welcome.  Well I guess my niece msashley answered all of the questions.  She couldn't wait for me to sign back on to the forum :).  That's OK. 

I am so happy to have her to be my support person.  With weight loss surgery, not everyone is very supportive.  I am so happy that I have all of you on the forum to listen to the things that I have to say about what is going on in my life regarding my procedure.

I am excited to be a part of this study.  I originally decided to be a part of the study, I guess out of desperation.  i am tired of being over weight.  I think that i let my weight hold me back from doing things I want to do.

The more I learned about the procedure I thought that this procedure would be right for me.  The recovery is quick, I will spend one night in the hospital (once approved by FDA it will be an outpatient procedure) and I will be able to go back to work in  days as opposed to 2-6 weeks.
