Hey guys, I know theres lots of DMV folk on here. I'm so not a big shopper. I haven't been big time shopping in like 2 years. I am already wearing my old 16 stuff and soon that will be too big. Where's the best Thrift stores in the area? Bargain stores? I hate picking through stuff but I'll deal with it. I'm def on a budget and can't do big time shopping right now, that'll have to wait till after spring when I move. I need 14 stuff very soon.
