Working Out Survey
I never look at it as falling off the wagon.... Once you realize that you're wrong start back like you never stopped. No need to beat yourself up.
It took me about two weeks of being consistent to feel like I was totally on track. I'm ok working out alone for most of the month but during the week that I have cramps(tmi), it is helpful to know that my co-worker expects me to go downstairs to the gym w/ her or I could easily use the cramps as an excuse and flake.

Well if Obama can find time to work out then...what's our excuse?
