While sitting here in the ER, I was browsing BAF on my cell phone and came across your reply, now at first knowing what emotional state of mind I am in, I started to just let this ride, but then I read it again and I can not let such a condescending post go unanswered and I have nothing but time right now.

I have being using it for the last almost 3 years but I did not wait until i had hanging sking to start, and I will put my results against your results any day of the week.

You can do it with a chair or a couch, you scoot to the edge of the chair and lower and raise your body.

If you have a lot of loose skin on your arms this will not get rid of it. I do these all the time but I don't have loose skin and so you can totally see my triceps but if you have a lot of fat and skin it will firm the muscle under it but your skin will not tighten up if it is to loose
