Workout tips .....Batwing jelly killer
Here is a workout you can do without having a gym membership. yes, its totally free.
find something indoors/outdoors that will support your body weight. it should come as tall as the bend behind your legs. or should i say directly behind your knee caps where the bend takes place.
now sit on it, next place hands where your fingers and thumbs are facing the same direction you are. place your hands close to your body. thumbs as close to the hips as possible
with the heel of your feet on the floor or ground and toes pointed upward raise your body off your buttocks and move forward, with your hands now supporting your body, allow your body to lower itself but not touching the floor, using your arm strength (triceps) now raise your body weight back to the starting position remember not to lock your arms and repeat.
do this 1-6 , 1-8 , or 1-10 reps per set. 3 sets each
you have just done "Reverse Dips" this exercise targets "Triceps" aka Batwings
These are the workouts i do myself.

Hi Garland,
I need to know exactly what can I buy that I will be able to workout with at home...That doesn't have to be plugged in.. I've looked at some Ellipticals but hell they start at 1,200.. I can't use my Treadmill because it blows a fuse everytime I turn it on.. Give me something good that will work my whole body... and I would deeply appreciate it..
