QT, Girl, if I could impress upon you one thing on this journey, it would be to plan your meals.  Get a weekly planner and actually write down your meal plan every day.  Do not deviate from the plan unless it is absolutely necessary.  Don't leave it to chance.  Our first inclination when we don't have a plan is to grab "something."

Girl, thanks, and trust me, I got that lesson.  I was planning at first then got all full of myself (thus my distress call yesterday)  I've started a food journal again and after one week I was like, ok, back to basics, cause you can't be trusted.   I'm gonna watch it the next 3 days and I'm going back to actual meal planning and the rules on Friday.  I've accepted that I'll never be "sober" and gotta follow the steps.

S - Protein shake
L - Tuna & salad
S - Protein shake
D - Grilled chicken, steamed veggies

Exercise - an hour on the treadmill 3 miles, 200 crunches and maybe 20 minutes on the elliptical!

Will get all my water in, about a gallon and consume all my vitamins!

Vitamins multi viatamin w/iron and 1 calcium-done
b-sausuage and a egg
snack-protein shake
lunch-tuna sandwich and half of banana
snack-popcorn
dinner-pasta and tomoato sauce with ground turkey and a salad
TRYING to get at least 80 oz's of water in (I want to grow up to be like yall with the over 100) 
Excercise-walk with my nephews

bf- 1 wheat bread and tuna

snack- 1 wheat bread and tuna

2 brownie bites....they were calling my name and i had to shut them up

lunch- liver and onions...omg so good

snack- hopefully nothing,,,but if so ....pear cup

dinner- not sure, probably string beans and meat of some kind or salad in place of the string beans
