Exercise: I worked on my big azz thighs this morning and did 100 crunches.
Vitamins: Multivitamins, B-1, B-12 sublingual, B-complex, Iron, Vitamin C, Osteo Bi-Flex, Calcium +D, Vitamin D.
NO EXCUSES!!!!
B - turkey sausage and bacon
L - protein smoothie
D - turkey burger and spinach
S - protein smoothie
70 ozs of water, all vitamins

I'm doing something groundbreaking starting today.......... No more drinking. Yep - I SAID IT. Going to the vitamin store today to buy a colon cleanser too. Maybe my liver is cussing at me and I ain't paying attention........
As for the day..........

L - Grilled chicken sammich from Chick Fil A, salad

D - no idea, maybe fried catfish
No damn nightly snack!!!!

I quit drinking...temporarily... a few weeks ago (since the start of the challenge) and it hasn't been too bad. I really don't miss the alcohol, I do miss the wine...that dayum Moscado you introduced me to. LOL

I don't think I will miss the alcohol either - had just bought a bottle of Southern Comfort that I don't like that much - not worried about missing that AND I looked at how costly the 'habit' has been for me - nothing gets my attention like my bank account balance!!! LOL

The shiot that ***** it up is the whole can't-take-it-till-later-in-the-day..... I take vitamins in the morning and THAT'S IT!!!! The breaking it up leads to me forgetting that shiot altogether.
