I need your help and guidance please
Good morning BAF, I am hoping you all can help me and guide me with this problem. My surgeon told me not to gain any weight. I got on the scale here at work and it said I gained 3lbs. Got on it again yesterday and it said I gained some more. Now, I dont know if it is because it is 2 different scales but I can;t get on his because the office is closed due to the holiday. I am so sad right now. I need to get that off real quick. My surgery date is the 13th of Jan and I go see him on the 8th. I fear he won't do the surgery if I dont. Do you have any tips for me?
Ive been trying to watch what I eat and walking 2 miles here at work and the eliptical 30 min after work.

Let go of the carbs - eat only lean meats and leafy veggies from now till next time you see him. WATER WATER and mo WATER!!!!

I was a bad girl pre-op.....I was also told not to gain weight. Knowing that I had gained, I went on the Master Cleanse/Lemonade diet 6 days before my Dr's appt. I lost 16 lbs......I had my surgery scheduled that day.
ETA: I'm not recommending that you do the same. That's just what I did. Good luck!

Use the same scale...schitt and urinate before you weigh.....best time to weigh is in the morning.
I agree about the carbs, sugars, sodas, etc.
Remember, weight fluctuates during the day. Write down everything you are eating and drinking so you can show to your doc!
