She probably didn't but why did she pick me to give the cereal too and not my other co-worker who has 3 kids??? I am just saying.

Offended? No.  Would I have accepted it?  No.

I think it was in her presentation, because I have brought open boxed cereal to my co-workers and they were happy to get it.  Then again, I contribute it to the rapport we have in our office.  Folk know I ain't tryna poison their babies...and vice versa.  If someone you ain't really feeling offers up something...it's only natural to look at them sideways.

You hit the nail on the head. I can't stand her and she is very sneaky, and she is a liar so I didn't take it as just offering me a box of cereal. I think it all depends on the relationship you have with someone. We don't have one so I am looking at her sideways.

But then again I have been known on occasion to be kinda of paranoid which is why I posed this question.

I would handle that like I do from "certain people" who I KNOW don't keep an sanitary home when they bring me something to eat.... My response "Thank You so much" ~~~  as I kindly throw it in a trash on the other side of the building....

You bring up a good point. How in the world do I know how sanitary this woman is. Its most definately going in the trash but I will wait until I get home to toss it.
