Dang, Mrs. Rhonda I missed Young & The Restless. Oh well I'll watch it tomorrow and catch up.

On the MB or the RNY board someone had the upcal d tested and it didn't have the calcium it says it has in it. I've been a little leary about trying it since then because I always have a hard time getting my calcium in anyway. Those posts are old but I remember when the controversy went down about it.

I am BORED and hungry..... :o( There is nothing on tv but charlie and the chocolate factory....i do love this story but they should be playing the old school one its much better......and I should not be watching a movie about chocolate when I am so hungry....

I just got back from running errands (picking up some bottles for reclying so that my nephews can learn the value of a dollar, going tgo the dentist AND grocery store) I'm about to put some breaded chicken breast in the oven for dinner and watching soem movies I got out of teh 1 dvd rental place. I am SO ready for Christmas to come and go!

Its 9:30 pm here in TX and I need to run upstairs to workout. Really not wanting to but must needs go and do it! Trying to be consistent!

You're good. the running up the stairs would have been the end of the workout for me. I just can't work out at home..... can't get my 'head' in the game at the crib.......
