I know Cookie and Dre'a eat whole grain pasta....so, I have tried the whole grain rice SEVERAL times.....~gag~

Now that I am on a MISSION to get back skinny....I said, I am going to MAKE me eat it! So, I bought the flavored whole grain rice....RICE A RONI ~chicken and herb~ LAWDD, went back for seconds and it was GONE!

It's THAT good!

So, if you detest whole-grain rice but want to give it another try....go for the RICE A RONI chicken and herb flavored!

Girl....Bonquesha refuses to allow me to digest rice or pasta....espicially long grain rice.....and if the pasta is a long pasta like spaghetti(sp)....or linguini(sp) .....oh baaabay!!! Homegurl shows the **** out like nobody's business.

Pre-op I LOVED Lomein(sp?).....but now.....OMG...it HATES me. I've tried a few times....its just a NO GO!! Comes back up errrrrr time!!!

Thanks darlin.......I'm so proud of our lil pics.....no extra person....no tri-pod....no nothin....just our extra long arms. My GF is a professional photographer however....so I just took some tips from her when it was my turn to snap us.

i use the instant brown rice and use chicken broth in place of the water and it makes a huge difference in the taste dedee...(also sautee green peppers and or onions)

Thanks for the tip! I love baked chicken with rice - have never tried rice a roni.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Whats the sodium on that lil-bitty ror box? Can't you get similar results cooking the rice in chicken broth and adding whatever spices you want? May cost less.
