ALL LIQUID MONDAY

water (will try do get in at least 50oz) (which will include my true lemon/water and equal)
peppermint tea
chicken broth (herb ox packet)
2 protein shakes dinner and snack with in the day
I have been so bad these last couple of days I can't wait for this HOLIDAY stuff to be over** kicks rocks**
Do the right thing Monday is what I will post on the back my office door!
