need a good WLS friendly punch recipe
WAL-MART sales this LITE Hawaiin Punch ~with splenda~
but since you down SOUF...I understand....us Southerners like REAL punch with SHERBERT LOL
Use the Lite Hawaiin Punch....with the SF Lime sherbert (walmart).....and add some diced pineapples and diet sprite or diet ginger ale....
You can alter it by not adding pineapples and used lime ice cubes (make koolaid with Lime and put in ice trays---this way the punch will no****er down)!

I don't do regular drinks at all....
I don't do Crystal Lite packets -only the ones in the bottle made with splenda--I can't do aspartame due to my hearing loss ~it causes the lil mfer to ring bells and beat drums in my ear~
