Considering my dad was full blood Black Foot it only makes sense they call it that. I always say that is the ONE thing my daddy gave me, Wash and wear hair. LOL

I bought Biotin but my hair has stopped breakin gthe past month or so. I don't know what else to do besides get your protein in.

I dare you to post it on the main board ~bad Dedee~ (Really, I just explained this to them over there...bet they don't know what Carol's Daughters products are and may be upset since it's by Blacks ~whew~)

ANYWAY.....welcome to BAF....I take GNC ~hair, nail, and skin~ the biotin and folic acid in it is GREAT!

Now, not saying it will stop the shedding or lose, but it will assist in faster growth and healthier hair. You have a MAJOR advantage....you hair is natural ~unprocessed~!

Since you are using Carol's Daughters I won't advise you to use a protein-based shampoo or conditoner....CD are GREAT products with all that in them.

But ensure to keep your hair moisturized ~with the leave-in conditioner or lite moisturizer~

That will help with the dryness.

I agree my hair is always damp, and I always make sure my ends are moisturized. That is how you can grow your hair and stop some of the breakage.

I am losing my hair. Its getting very thin. A friend of mine who had bypass hipped me to Rogaine for men. She is using it and that heffa has longer and thicker hair than when she started. I am going to buy some today. Its not the one for women she specifically said be sure to get the one for MEN! I will keep you posted on how that goes

Working on me - want to be better in everyway not just physically!!! Its a process no time to judge or be judged!!!!

Brenda just know as soon as you stop using that rogaine you loose that hair that grew. Once you start using it you have to always use it.
