For the insomniacs

After a while melatonin won't work. At least it didn't for me. Now if you arn't afraid to see your Dr ask for a Rx for Trazadone. It is AWESOME!!! A definate 8-10 hrs. No tossing and turning. The only problem I've had is it dries you out and you will want to drink a whole bottle of water when you wake.  Usually they prescribe 50 mg for insomnia and a half a pill is good for a good nights sleep. I have a friend that uses 1/4 of a tablet and it works great for her too.  The one thing  I like is I didn't have any crazy nightmares like I did with other sleep aides. Also no dependency issues-and yes it was safe to take with a ****tail or two.

Actually you and Dedee were the only ones I heard from. I just felt guilty not sharing since there have been several posts lately about insomniaI remember what it was like getting 6 hrs sleep in a 2 week period.

Happy napping!
