Morning Yall

I worked out really hard today and I did my 500 sit up this morning and last night also.  I plan to eat many cookies today so my workout was for that.

Is anyone out there, can anyone hear meee....me.....me...   LOL

Well those who do hear me I hope you worked out

Heya Lee!!!

500 Sit~ups???  In what increments did you do them in?  I'm thinking of incorporating them every other day.  I think I'll start at 100 though.

I do 100 straight up,  100 to the left, then right, another 100 straight up center and I finish with 50 to both the left and right.

100 is a good start, you could do 25 increments.  Work your way up.

Hi Lee! You go ahead witcha bad self .   I was trying to do 100 situps daily-I'm not sure if its really helping though.
