Shoulder exercise with dumbells
This particular exercise targets Front shoulders (anterior deltoids).
Standing, with feet shoulder width apart. with dumbells in each hand. NOTE: select weight of dumbells that you can successfully complete reps from 1-8 or 1-10. not too heavy, not too light. just enough to feel the "burn".
while standing as i have explained above. your grip should have both of your thumbs facing the same way you are facing
Starting with your right hand, bring the dumbell in a upward diagonal direction to where your right wrist meets your chin but not touching the chin. now in a controlled motion slowly returning the dumbell to the starting position.
now alternate and do the exact same thing with the left hand slow going up and slow on the return to starting position.
Do 3 sets of 1 thru 8 reps or 1 thru 10 reps
you have just done "Lateral Crossovers" aka "X-Overs"

remember to inhale going down and exhale going up. DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH!!!!!!
