Ok - I know you said you was gonna talk to your doc before you tried it - I figure the shiot ain't prescription so what the hell! I bought some yesterday and took it last night......

ALL NIGHT!!!!!!! Now - YES there was bourbon involved, just my usual amount, nothing more. I got sleepy and fell asleep like I do with the sleep aids!!!!

I have a Brie en Croute for my snack tonight, will be drinking a glass of Reisling, Imma try it again - but if last night is any indication -

I think you may have found MY answer - I certainly hope it turns out to be yours too!!!!

I appreciate you sharing the info on the board - I never would have thought of it AND it's HALF the price of my sleep aids......... LOL

I took the pills. Bottle said take one - I took two. Given I take 3 of the sleep aids to the one 'posed to on the bottle - figured I needed 'help'. I chilled for about 45 min and then I was out. Slept clean through the night too - on the sleep pills I been waking up at 2 and 3.

Imma do it through the weekend - I will post and let you know how each night goes.

LOL - hey kim. Simple herbal supplment..... melatonin. Bought it at Target - bottle was $6.

Inspire posted about it yesterday - said that research suggests it's the sleep hormone and as you get older, you produce less. There may also be a like to WLS patients and reduced production of it.

Melatonin is great at first, but after awhile it stopped working for me. Hit me up and I'll share what really will knock you out for a good 8-10 hrs-no dependency either.

I agree with Michelle J. I've taken melatonin and it doesn't pack a good punch after awhile. I have some of it now. I took four (yes, four!) of them AND a glass of Disaronno. I was still awake at 1am. I really wish I could find something that would get me to sleep AND allow me to stay asleep.
