OT/ computer help

can any one help me with this,everytime i shut my pc down and then when i go to get back on it the time and date keep changing goes back to dec 2006

Hey Lady, Make sure you are changing the time and date info in the Control Panel. Once you do it, be sure you save and restart. That should correct it.

im doing that and still the same thing

Are you hitting apply ?   Also make sure you have the appropriate time zone. 

im doing all that and still the same thing also when i turn the pc on it dont come right on it takes lile 10 min all i hear is the fan real loud and then it will start to load up some on told me that it might have something to do with the battery wonder if that's the truth  i thought it was the time zone too but in in the right time zone

Clean it....I mean like DEFRAG and see what happens.....
