Dealing with Micromanaging Hoes...

The girl that trained me in my new position I worked with for about a year in my old department before she moved over.  She was cool there and we've been friends since.   She told me to apply over here, raved about me, etc. so long story short got my foot in the door.

Now, I am slowly coming to the realization if I didn't know here before, I wouldn't like this hoe.

There is another girl that works with us, been here about 3 months, new to the company & system--knows her shiot but takes her a little longer to pick up some things system related especially when "my friend" only tells us bits & pieces at a time.  This beyotch (friend) talks slick to her all day, kept a log of every time the girl asked her for help and then threw her under the bus yesterday with the supervisor. 

The girl is NICE.  She hasn't done anything to "my friend" and has bit her tounge plenty to avoid confrontation.  Her words were "I don't want to be the angry black woman."

I told her "***** that, act crazy with her one good time and this beyotch won't **** with you no more."

My attitude towards my friend has changed because I don't like the shiot she is pulling.  While she hasn't said anything stupid to me I know it's a matter of time and I WILL cuss her out.

Reason "1001" I do NOT have a personal relationship with ANYONE I work with.... I have been at my job for almost 9 years and don't interact with anyone outside of my hours 8ish - 4ish (never know when I may get there)..... Do my work (i mean PRETEND to )
and go home....  Heck the "friends" are the ones who will cut you in the throat with the quickness....

Take a deep breath..don't go cussing people out, you don't wanna b burning any bridges with the way the economy is.

This is why I work with all men, always.

I work with all men too. It has it advantages and I can only think of one disadvantage.

Hey People!  I must confess...I am the woman mentioned in this topic.  I have grown so much...I am no longer the angry black woman I use to be.  This heffa better be glad that I matured because the old me would whip out my ghetto cape and whip her azz so bad they would have to call the Po Po and the paramedics....for real..  I am 40 years old, no longer stressing and trippin off small stuff; newly single after finding out my husband of 17 years was a cheater .  I am 40 and fab...I will not let some 4'11 375 lb unhappy no man having woman kill my joy.  I use to be there so i get her...but when I say WLS has really change my life...I mean it!  I need my joy so im just doing it and going home.
