Working Out

Can you say OUCH!  OMG....I am hurting this morning....went to the gym again yesterevening...at 6:30 stayed to 9:00pm....I took Kennedi up with us....she HATES the childcare area LOL

We did the lifecycle for 3 minutes LOL ~working our way up~ Phil did it for 30 minutes
We got on the (don't know the name) Tony little like thing for 3 minutes ~my legs hurt~
Treadmill--we both (Kenn and I) did a mile.....but WE JOGGED some of the mile....I am not going by the time yet b/c I did the mile in under 12 minutes....Kenn did in over 15 ~I'm so proud of her~

Then we pushed weights....abs, back, chest, arms, thighs, and hips

Then we got Kerri out of childcare.....practice volleyball with Kenn, soccer with Kerri, throw the football a little and then RAN TWO SETS of suicides!

Today will be a LITE DAY......I will work my legs, abs, thighs, and hips and SWIM ~we promised to girls we would swim today~

THAT'S IT---Today is cool down day LOL

I love me some LIFETIME FITNESS

Oh, they have raquetball rooms....have to be me some raquetball stuff!

I played baketball with my daughter's team last night.  Ouch!

Doing nada today.

GREAT! We can never get on the court!  I wanna shoot a game of hoops with the kids!

It's good you have your hubby doing this with you.  If only I can pry my hubby away from his music. Who am I kidding....I am lazy!!
