Hello BAF, just checkin in,
I stepped up my intake of Protein intake. doing more walking while i am work. i put in more walking into my regimen when i am on the bus i just park and get get out and about. i try to hit the stairs over escalators/elevators.
basically my diet is pretty much the same just added more protein.
i will weigh-in saturday morning. i know i lost weight because my uniform is gettin saggy on me and my car is getting bigger lol

I am glad that you stepped up your intake of protein. Did you up your food intake some? I remember the last post where it was stated that you possibly weren't eating enough or was it not enough protein...Anyhoo, keep going...I know you can do it.
