DAY 35, P90X PLUS, 100% NOW

Morning Yall
OK, school is out so I have the time to give the PLUS my all. I did that this morning I woke up exceptionally early and did it even though I had planned to do it at 7:00.
I tell you I did every single exercise to failure, I pulled my big ass up on that bar until it felt like my wrists would pop off. LOL. So I will be giving it 100% every single day now.
I will have time to be more exercise specific in my posts now so I can tell you guys what I am actually doing.

I will do my workout later. Every chance I get, I am doing bicep curls and I call them extenders (lifting the weight straight up above my head) in sets of 10 with a 10 pound weight here at my desk. I hope this will aid in the definition of my arms and making me stretch out the "back fat."

I have seen you post this topic daily and had no idea what in the hell you were talking about (thought it was some surgical crap that I woudnt find out until I was formally initiated *cut* into the club, lol).
So Im up eaaaaaaaaarly yesterday morning and saw this infomercial and was like ohhhhh, that's what chica is always talking about ...
So, basically I just want to be nosey...how is it working out for you? Some of those exerciseslook extremely difficult (like that body bar). If you are doing that stuff everyday, I can see how folks get cut after 90 days.
