THE BOOk is excellent, especially when you feel like cutting your face off during a stall. It is a staple to your library. As well this book was not only funny, but so true too: The Real Skinny on Weight Loss Surgery: An Indispensable Guide to What You Can Really Expect!.
thats a good one. Also, make sure you have the hamilton beach one serving blender from Walmart. $13 it is the best. If you buy that, you really dont need a food processor. That little thing is powerful and small which is what you need. Honestly, I havent used a food processor at all. Mostly everything that you can and should be eating is already liquid, mushy, soft, or whatever so no need to really blend it.

Dr. Delacruz is the best I will say!!! I hope you feel as good as I did after surgery, more like after they take the drain out. But seriously i was off pain meds within a week and started walking on day 5. So hopefully, you wont need many books. But for the nighttime insomnia you may experience, those are good ones!
