Alright, now that I got that out of the way, I will say, this is the best thing you could have ever done for yourself. Not only did you recognize that you had a problem, you also took steps to confront and solve them. Its not easy to look at yourself and see the beauty and the ugliness of you. Its very hard to come to grips with the fact that it might be YOU and not everyone else.
I pray that you have successful sessions with your new BFF and that all will turn our well for you.
