43 years grown..Wow what a head crack..

Happy B'DAY it only gets better in your 40s , I was in ATL all last week, and everyone was shocked that I looked younger than they did and they were in their EARLY 30s..LOL...I tell ya this lap band has forced me to eat right most of the time and do the right things, I had dinner with 4 of my girl friends from high school and ALL were on high blood pressure medication and I told them I only take vitamins and 1 prevacid daily....I am blessed and thankful for my eternal youth and health... you should be blessed too! Hope you have many more happy birthdays!!

I'm still a bit of a rookie to the wonder years of 40 so I got to be careful with what I say around all of you ((ahem)) veterans.  I definitely agree with asking for what you want out of life.  Big Mama Single Ayy! always told me, "A closed mouth don't get fed.  So if you want to eat open your mouth and say something.  Don't sit around and expect it to just fall from the sky..."  And that's how I run it with me, Man.  By the way, I'm more of a Coltrane or Charlie Mingus fan than Miles Davis but since you're buying this round we can go ahead and let Miles do his thang.

whew weeee..my man jonnie walker..i ain't seen him since JUVEMBER baby.. i had to let him go.. i was waking up in strange places under some strange situations if you dig my meaning.. sounds like yo moms and my grandmother knew each other.. maybe they sat around on fridays frying fish and spitting prophecies cause i swear i heard that line befo..i see you down in the boro huh?  i used to creep through there every now and then back in the day.. didn't know so many of us lived that far south at the end of the turnpike.. Coltrane is cool baby.. Love Supreme is hypnotic..but check out Miles's Sketches of Spain..that 's the real chronic.. you got any charles mingus favorites i could look up?
