I took my last two finals today and I have 5 weeks free to get my head and body in order. I want to start my new semester in a pant size smaller. I plan to work my bootie off to get to my goal. That gives me a month and a week. Man I hope I can do it. I pray I can do it.

Lee you are always getting excerise tape,book dvd's etc. Have you ran in to any that is for people with back trouble. If so any suggestion? Granda Kathleen T

I have a bad back also Kathleen, actually I go to therapy for my back twice a month with my physical therapist and I go to Physical Med for biofeedback and spinal manipulation. I have handicap parking because of my back problems.
There is not one particular video I know about I usually just modify exercises so they don't put strain or stress on my back. I do however use my bean or exercise ball to do back workouts. which is laying on your stomach on the ball and lifting your upper body up, this works to strengthen your back muscles.
I also use a tens unit at home which ls like electro shock. I use the Dr.Ho and it works GREAATTT.

Thanks Lee, I see you be doing the X-box and was wandering how you was doing it. I didn't know that you had back problems. I have a new PC and I never complained about my back because I was so careful about what I was doing but it not enough to get the lbs going again . I'm going to have to but this info to my Dr. and see where I can go, with this I know water exercise can be good but to get there will take so long for 45MINUTES. There is major construction on our new High and it right in the area of the YMCA.
