Ya'll my family away from my family! I am in the same boat as all the Vets here... fighting the cravings and hunger and trying to fight the good fight! You know it's all good when your tool tells you in the beginning to slow down, now my little buddie is like 'Dude... WTH, you need to eat cuz I can hold down some food!". I find myself able to eat the same volume of food before I had the surgery, now is where it's GAME ON... literally! HOLY SMOKES, this is part 2 of this journey and now I have to pull myself up by my bootstraps! My awakening happened several days ago when I had a subway sub.. not  a 6in... but a footlong (No kidding). I was like yum that was good but I had absolutely no restriction feeling. I knew then, my honeymoon was over. I need a hug LOL.

O well, I guess I am really off my training wheels now!

Will keep ya'll up 2 date!

Love & hugs
James

I so agree with your testimony about weight lifting ~I love it with my REAL lazy self~

I agree about MODERATION and calories in versus calories out!

You have done GREAT....keep fighting the good fight for maintenance!

I focus not on my disabilty; my focus is on my ABILITIES.
