1. get a close pin for your nose cause your farts will KILL!!!
2. The longer you stay away from your old habbits the better, I aint had a soda in over a year, and I dont miss them either.
3. listen to your Dr. he or she knows what works best for people under their care.
4. Enjoy the ride, work out, make good eatting choices and dont stress when the scales dont move like you want, because it is going to move - some weeks alot, other weeks not at all.
5. TAKE YOUR VITAMINS AND DRINK YA WATER. Several people can tell you what happens when you dont. - and when you dont it aint nice.

1. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY ~that is of major importance~
2. YES, it is true, some people do dump on WATER
3. If plain water is difficult, add a slice of lemon (later add a slice of orange)
4. Drink water at room temp or if can tolerate warm (cold water was the DEVIL for me)
5. Use toddler products
6. CHEW, CHEW, CHEW and no matter how hard it may seem, EAT SLOWLY
7. Incorporate a healthy eating lifestyle and exercise regimen as soon as possible (get clearance from doctor)
8. KEEP A FOOD DIARY or JOURNAL ~to reflect back on those days when you say, I'm not eating much~
9. Buy a measuring tape ~for those my scale is not moving days, chances are INCHES are falling~
10. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!
ETA: Early out staying HYDRATED is of much more importance than eating food....you don't want to end up in the hospital for DEHYDRATION....sip, sip, sip, sip, sip! People die of dehydration before starvation ~yo asse ain't starving~ (TOUGH LOVE)

This is YOUR journey, don't judge your loss by the next person's. If you follow your plan, you will be successful.
Don't be a slave to the scale! It is exciting to see the numbers drop, but when the weight loss slows down (stalls) it can be discouraging, but it WILL move again.
Read and ask as many questions as needed of your OH family (but always follow your doctor's instructions).
Don't go out buying a lot of one brand of protein, you will not like tomorrow what you liked today. (Your pouch may not tolerate certain things any longer).
You Will ask yourself.....why did I do this to myself for a few days....but, you WILL get past that feeling and its smooth sailing from there, if you follow your plan.
Don't go buying a lot of new clothes or expensive things whether you can afford it or not, you will loss weight so fast (week to week) that you will have to buy new thing every month.
Blessings
