Why in the hell do Grocery Stores....

have all that  good shyte hanging around at the register.. I have gotten addicted to something that  I saw hanging up there... Pecan carmel clusters.....Why did I have to buy 2 bags of it since it was on sale... Why did I go back yesterday to get 4 more bags of it.. and went all the way to the basement to put them way down in the bottom of my freezer.. and about 1 am I found myself going down to the basement to get a bag..I have never been a sweet eater..This is ridiculous.. really ridiculous.. I think maybe the holidays has gotten me a little depressed..  I would never eat this much candy... Never.. One other thing... I can't plug  my treadmill in without blowing a fuse..... This is  getting on my last nerve. Just needed to lay this on someone else's shoulder because this here sistah is at wit's end..

U know why they put that good stuff at the register? it's called impulse buying, they know if we stand there long enough we'll buy it. You know what i used to be hooked on Joyce, at Farmer Jack deli they used to sale those sweet and spicy wings..mmmm .....mmm..mmmm

I'm that impulse buyer for sure..I have been in the Grocery store more than ever lately,  to buy my thanksgiving dinner and Xmas grocery...They closed down all the Farmer Jacks which was my favorite store.. I loved Farmer Jacks.. I like there Seafood Salad, and Red Hots.. They had the best dayum food at the Deli.. For Real. Now I drive to the burbs to grocery shop...I refuse to patrionize the Arabic stores.. Most of them are nasty and stinky.. We only have Meijers and a few  Krogers but they are in the Suburbs too.

Hey girl, the purpose of the STUFF at the register is called IMPULSE BUYThey reeled you in good girl  just messin witcha!  We all (pre op, post op, etc...)done it!  However, now it has reversed on me.  I now put all the junk food in while I am shopping and when I get to the register I start puttin sh*t back.  Its weird!  Go figure!  I have to admit that 2008 was not all that great and I'm a lil depressed myself up in her eating hotwings (not bad) and FRENCH FRIES (baked of course, but still). You're not alone girl.

 Something is going on I have been eating like this is my last meal for the last week.. Everything is fair game... Even though I know I'm not suppose to eat it I have been.   For one it's been to cold to go out and being home this much is stressing me. I hope next year will be much better.. It can't get any worst..

i know I love Farmer Jack too... i been in Nc for a couple of years now but I come home to detroit at least 4 to 5 times a year... Girl I like to had a heart attack when my momma said "aint no mo farmer Jack... I said what Lord say it aint so... But you know what I cant stand Kroger... I remember years ago hearing my mother complain about the CEO's of Kroger saying that they would never put a Kroger in the city limits of Detroit. So for that I dont patronize them I would always use meijers or FJ. I refuse to shop Savon, and all them "other" stores...

Hi ms. Joyce ! No advice as I am one of those"register *****s" who buys all types of nonsense that I know I can't eat!! I just wanted to thank you so much for the card and I hope that, that son of yours replaces that necklace sooner rather than later!

I promised myself I wouldn't eat anymore today lol.. but dayummit I can't stop thinking about them...  I brought me an apple and orange  to my bedroom... Yep I'm going to make so many dayum resolutions that it will be pathetic I have to get a grip on things... I really do..
