Water and snack check!!!!!
I listen to you all and I feel so out of it. I got pregnant just before my year out and had to increase my carbs so the baby could gain weight. I had the baby in October and actually lost all of my prepregnant weight plus some. I am smaller now, than I was before I got pregnant. However, I am forming some bad habits, skipping breakfast, grazing, drinking before thirty minutes sometimes, and eating those carbs. I have cut out the bread ( some), but those sweets are something else. I have started back drinking my protien shakes, but that is a struggle as well. I am feeling like a failure and am fearing that the weight will start coming back on, even though I get compliments daily about how good I look......................... how can I get back focused??????
