Me - 4 glasses down

snacks - WHEW.... ummm...... HAHAHHAHA I am good:

2 protein bars
some sour patch candies
1 mini blueberry muffin

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Meal number 3 coming up in 30 mins - 1 Popey's chicken thigh protein and carb balance (wagon plan still in effect) as Mack Mamma Used to say IT'S JUST EATTING.

WLS SIDE NOTE (I love that a Popey's 3 peice last 3 days)

Man, before WLS, That would have been a 4 Peice, 2 Buscuits, Red Beans, Fries and a Large Strawberry Soda - (wit my mind on something sweet for later)
