My doc hooked me up with the motrin 800's

extra strength tylenol quick release. i miss the days of IB profein for sure!

Those Extra Strength Tylenol Quick Release work really well...and hot tea.  Works for me.

I was using ibuprofen 800's ( oh those were the days, I miss my ibuprofens)..anyhow my doctor had to put me on something because I have Endometriosis, he put me on a medicine calledAygestin. It stops the pain and the heavy (flow)... I love it!

I keep liquid Extra Strength Tylenol on hand for EVERY ache and pain.  It works super fast!

Make sure whatever you take is not a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug... or NSAIDs. These include, but are not limited to Motrin, Advil, or anything with Ibuprofen.... to be on the safe side, talk to your doctor.... she/he may be able to do something different for you. You are only a few months out.... be careful careful.... all the best!

i gather the cramping is menstral cramps if so, you have gotten plenty of advice below but, just by chance you may be dumping? acid or gas?  i sometimes get the cramping feeling as if it is my monthly however, it was acid build up, i was prescribed an pepcid and it worked!
