What's your plan for today????
*I* will be in the gym tonight - lower body weights for me!!! As for food:
B - protein shake
S - protein bar
L - turkey salad w/crackers
S - protein bar
D - beef soup or maybe chicken wings and squash
Of course - bourbon nightcap with either cheese or spam.......
I am looking forward to tomorrow - I go to another plastic surgeon to talk about revision work to the hack job this mofo did on me in June - Friday I see the gut specialist to figure out what's going on - I am STILL swelling.... taking water pills every 2-3 days (THANKS LAVERNE FOR THE POTASSIUM TIP!!!) and it's averaging 1-3lbs each day.
Anyhoo - shout out your successes and what's your plan???!!!!!
