Working on me - want to be better in everyway not just physically!!! Its a process no time to judge or be judged!!!!


1. getting a fill...just a small one .2cc's
2. stepping up my workout program to 6 days a wk..no excuses.

3. make healthier choices..especially throughout the holidays.
and yes i am very happy with my progress thus far..i've always been able to lose the weight and i like working out...but gaining the weight back along with a few extra


I'm sure you'll get those last 34 lbs off..start working out again and get yr motivation back..you can do it
