lol.  You know what Kim...it's not so much of the "wait time" or the money that is getting to me but the control that I am feeling from these people. 

I wouldn't go out the country FOR anything surgery related to my body.. I know it is cheaper BUT going out of the country would be a big no-no....  KEEP..KEEP fighting your insurance company until the end... My LAST option would be to finace your surgery, like I did my TT... And I like others thought also, you already had surgery...

I know this  has been a battle for you....but, I, too, think all those things  happened for a reason...such as, finding a better procedure, etc. ~I don't have to go into detail, you know what I mean~. So, I would get into the program for April....time is FLYING....see what happens from there. I am not sure of the procedure you want, but RNY is like 25K....if you want a less invasive procedure, continue to reseach cost....visit doctors and seminars.

I am not crazy about the MX thing for one reason----who do you follow-up with?

Thank you Dedee.  I do believe that all of these things have happened for a reason and you all just got the short version of it.  I know that I wouldn't have been happy with the first option.  If I research any more I think that my computer will go on overload and I will need another printer and file cabinet. 

I understand the follow-up question but there are ways and contacts that a few of the doctors have here. 

Good morning Kenya, I am so sorry to hear that you have gone through so much.  Talk about determination?  You are definitely determined and that's a good thing.  I would say, fight for the insurance thing because if you look at it, they owe you, all these years and all that red tape?  It's so sad that we have to go through so much just to try and live a healthy life.  I wish you the very best and I truly hope you don't have to go to Mexico.  I feel you with the anxiety about your daughter, etc.  We as parents, especially single parents, have a lot to consider when doing it alone....  Well I know you are a praying woman, and I know you heard this many times before, but prayer does change things.  What God Has For You, It is For You...  Right?  Keep pressing and in the end, you will be victorious.....  Have a blessed day...

girl continue to fight if you can...but i understand you being tired..if you decide to take the alternate route..Mexico has some of the best surgeon's don't believe the hype about nasty hospitals..that is so not true..just do your research..good luck..
