4 Months and 65 #'s

Is that ok?  I started at 320.8 and other ppl are down like 75 lbs at four months.  Have I lost all that Im gonna lose?

Ok - hope you weren't expecting the 'soft love' approach from me - all i DO is TOUGH!!!!

GO SIT YO AZZ DOWN SOMEWHERE AND CALM DOWN!!!!  LOL

Everybody is different - yadda, yadda yadda...... 

For real tho - don't expect your #s to be like everybody else - and you can lose forever if you work a plan right - hell - i am 3 years out and can still lose if I 'act right'.........

Keep up with your protein, water, vitamins and exercise - the rest WILL come!!!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I'll be 4 months out on the 25th and I'm down 50 lbs so I would say you are doing an excellent job.  But I am also a revision and  I'm also considered a lightweight but I'm told that my weight is coming off at a great pace.  I stopped comparing myself to others a while ago.  It will drive you nuts.

Girl, I wish I had a 16 pound month. Sheesh, if i did I would be at goal already, well real close to it anyways. You will hear this a thousand times but it is SO TRUE. Concentrate on eating right so that when ur farther out u won't have any problems. Cause girl, my carb addiction is liken to a crackhead chasing the crack. It's so serious. It be calling me, it be calling me! lol.

Remember this, eating right is more important that exercising. So even if u dont get ur workout in for the day, you will still come out ahead because u made the right eating choices. Concentrate on that, not speed and u will get to goal and maintain it.

Dont stress your self ma 75lbs is awesome.....as long as you stay on your grind more lost pounds will follow

75 lbs is great! You have definitley not lost all tha tyou're going to lose. Attempt to kick up your work out if you can and you'll move over that platuea. I think 4 months out I was about 75 lbs down and now at 8 I'm 3 lbs away from the NUT goal. So DO YOU!!! Stay in your lane and keep your blinders on to stay focus on your race
