For real tho - don't expect your #s to be like everybody else - and you can lose forever if you work a plan right - hell - i am 3 years out and can still lose if I 'act right'.........
Keep up with your protein, water, vitamins and exercise - the rest WILL come!!!!!

Girl, I wish I had a 16 pound month. Sheesh, if i did I would be at goal already, well real close to it anyways. You will hear this a thousand times but it is SO TRUE. Concentrate on eating right so that when ur farther out u won't have any problems. Cause girl, my carb addiction is liken to a crackhead chasing the crack. It's so serious. It be calling me, it be calling me! lol.
Remember this, eating right is more important that exercising. So even if u dont get ur workout in for the day, you will still come out ahead because u made the right eating choices. Concentrate on that, not speed and u will get to goal and maintain it.
