So far today so good.  I have eaten 3x today and all good.  No skimping and no skipping.

I had yogurt with added protein for breakfast
I had grilled tilapia and brown rice with tomatoes for meals 2 and three

I am working on this eating thing.  I need to stay on my grind

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Last week was great, a few bad choices and the weekend was not good. I survived though, my weight is the same. I will eat at least 5 seafood meals and continue my daily workouts.

Still holding at 196.5.....didn't make the best food choices this weekend so I'm not complaining.  I'm back on the liquids today through Wednesday.

Still trying to get more exercise in.
Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

I AM GOING TO GYM 5X THIS WEEK. GOING TO BE A GYM WARRIOR LIKE MACK MAMA AND REALLY GO HARD ON CARDIO. IM GETTING ME A RUBBER SUIT TOMMORROW. GOING TO TRY ONE CLASS AT THE GYM AND FOCUS ON VITAMINS. I HATE SWALLOWING AND CHEWING. I HAVE SOME NEW CALCIUM WHICH I LOVE.

WATER ALWAYS ON POINT CUZ IM A FISH! I CAN DRINK WAY MORE THAN I CAN EAT!

Good morning erybody! 

I lost 4.2 lbs   It was 6, but Aunt Flo came and messed it up...    Still not complaining though .

My eating was great this week, but I only managed to exercise once (yesterday).    I am setting my goal for FIVE TIMES this week.

Week 3 ya'll....  LET'S GET IT!

Kimmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Howdy...  So far so good with me... I have been in that gym for 2 1/2 to 3 hours a day... I'm on 1 hour and 10 mins of Cardio... Then weights on the rest... I have to skip today since I have to go and pick up my babies from the dorm today... They have to be checked out by tomorrow by 5 pm...  Then again... I can go to the Y when I get there... I have turned into a GYM FREAK and it's okay... I'm a little sore this morning but I think after all the walking and walking and walking and walking... LAWD... It got me...

Doctor thinks I have a hernea so I have to go to back to my surgeron to get scoped again... He did say that I had a developing herena back in Sept. but I been having some issues that I don't talk about... GOD IS GOOD...

Well I'm still on week one of the couch to 5 day program. Not upset, just will keep working at it until I can do the whole workout for at least a week before I move on.

Need to do better on the water, but vits and food are okie dokie!!!!

Hey Kim!  I lost 3 lbs last week...WOOHOO!  My exercise diminished for some reason (tom), but it will be back in force this week.  I'm doing the liquids starting today to get a nice jump on this weight loss.  Have a great week everyone!

Hey Ms. Kimmie, I have had any change I think then again I didn't weigh yet.  I have been doing great with my vitamins and protein. I'm still struggling with the water and only exercise I've been doing is walking.
