Good Morning

Two weeks down  It's getting a little easier!

I exercised more this past week....and made fewer bad food choices.  The water and vitamins were on point!
This week will be even better!
I was running late this morning and forgot to get on the scale...I will post my results tomorrow.

Good Morning Kim & EOY Challengers!

I exercised 4 out of 7 days.  I used my exercise as an excuse to eat the wrong things saying to myself  "I am exercising so I can have this".   I refuse to get on the scale this a.m.  I don't want to know what I weigh.  I will make better food choices and not use the above excuse as a ticket to have what I want. 

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

I did well but was a little lax on my days off on my calcium. My exercise is not good. I'm having some spine issues. I lost 3 lbs. I'm doing a liquid day today. I will get my water and vitamins in.

Good Morning Challengers!

I am still sick... but I am trying to get some floor exercises in and squats.  This weekend I did have 4 marshmallows (100 calories).  I haven't been doing that well on water.  So I will up that for week 3.  I weighed this morning and I have lost 3 more lbs.  for a total 14 lb lose!!!  Yes!!! it feels so good.  I thought I was going to be stuck at 239 forever.  Hello 225!!!
