I have survived 1 full week back on the "grind"

If i had known that a week would fly by this fast i would have done this along time ago.
I spoke with "Amanda P" 2 days ago actually i met her in person 2 days ago and she offered me a gift of Protein i couldnt thank her enough. so Amanda thanks again for the protein.

i spoke with her last night and i told her how i got started after wls i walked and i told her we could walk the mall so we hit the mall together. we walked the top floor once and walked the ground level twice. every lil nook and cranny of the mall we walked.

after which i hit the gym put in 18: mins .69 mile  on the treadmill.....1 minute 6 flights on the stairmaster. 3 sets pec flyes, 3 sets compound rows, 3 sets military press,
3 sets chest flyes dumbells, 3 sets combos dumbells, 3 sets lateral raises db, 3 sets x-overs db,3 sets front lateral raises db,3 sets hammer curls

Food Intake:
B-banana protein shake thank you amanda
L-Subway turkey salad
S-protein shake after workout
D-grilled chick salad Wendys

at the end of each week i will post total time and distance on cardio equipment. as well as weight lost and every 9th of each month i will be posting pics.

Was there a special way in which she made this Banana Protein Shake?

Garland you made it,  Yeaaaaaa.  One week is a long time and you did so well.

I hope there is a good amount of chicken your eating in that salad cause if not your still not eating enough.   You should try to start counting your calories to see how many you are consuming cause to few calories are as bad as to many calories when your trying to loose. 

Your heading into week two.  Good luck Garland.  You can do this.

That is exactly how I feel.  I have 30 pounds to loose and I feel like I have to because the only other alternative is to continue to gain and that can not be an option anymore.

Kinda SORTA a better diet....... you still need more calories!!!!

Glad Amanda helped you out with the supplements - KEEP on the protein!!!!  You should work on getting in about three shakes a DAY..... in addition to your food.

And I ain't miss your # on the BL..... this was my birfday weekend - I had **** to do!!!  But I got a FREE and CLEAR week coming up - so I am READY to HARASS yo ASS!!!!!!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I agree MM,   if he don't start eating more he is going to stop loosing and he is going to give up so get to eating man.
