DAY 32 P90X PLUS , ENJOYING MY REST DAY

Morning Yall

I am so happy it is rest day cause I really need a rest to help me focus.  I have been laying here since 4:00 watching QVC Gourmet Holiday which is all food LOL.   I almost ordered 2 cheesecakes.

I hope my cheerleaders have done their workouts for the day or are enjoying your rest day like me. I rest today for Monday I will work hard.

BRING IT !!!

No rest today will get in a late workout but it WILL get done.  Will check in later with the final results.  Enjoy your rest you deserve it!
