AS FOR ME...MY GOAL FOR THIS WEEK IS TO MAKE MY ARMS FEEL THE PAIN LIKE MY LEGS DO! BAAAAAAAAAAAABBBBBBBBBBBBYYYY I BEEN PUTTING A HURTING ON MY LEGS AND NOW IM GOING TO STEP UP THE ARM REGIMENT! PLUS MORE CARDIO AND GOING TO TRY ATLEAST ONE CLASS AT THE GYM!

*I* have tapped into my inner gym warrior - have set myself to - and been holding to - tha no PUNK out routine on my weights - going for the 3rd set, adding the extra lbs cause I know I can take it...... it's been rewarding so far - I get such a clear head when I work out.
Anyhoo - water, vitamins and all dat working out just fine - I just finished my breakfast, about to drink my morning coffee and then head out for some SERIOUS shopping..... I haven't done a lick of anything for Christmas shopping and my azz NEEDS to be shot!!!! LOL
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

This week I am going to refocus on menu planning. I intend to have all meals done the day before. I have already finished tomorrows meals and a few snacks. Just apple slices and pear slices. But, this will help me eat and keep me losing and not gaining or platueing.

THATS SO TRUE. CUT THE STUFF UP NOW SO EASY TO GRAB AND ENJOY. I DO IT WITH DINNER SO ITS PROBABLY GOOD FOR FRUITS AND VEGGIES TOO.

I know it's lame but I am going to make myself exercise every day. Water and vitamins are the easy part. If I don't get with a routine first thing, exercise is lost. You all are an inspiration.
