I just made tuna and vegetable salad.  If you like taboule, it has a lot of the same flavors.  And yes, it is a Rachel Ray/Food Network recipe, lol.

Howdy,
today's cuizine is called "concoction" I am boiling a chicken, cutting up some polish sausage to toss in, dumping in a bag of shrimp, will make up some gravy and then serve over rice. Mama is gonna whup my ass for this one

Dayum Que, that concoction sound good to me I have never thought of doing  a mix, sausage, chicken and shrimp.. Over rice and gravy...All I'm having is a chicken salad...  Thought about some cornbeef..Trying to eat rt. at least one day in the week. It's hard, because I have the chicken,Italian sausage, and the shrimp..

I am hoping for a gumbo taste. Mama is wanting neckbones and greenbeans so she's not gonna be happy. Her friend brought her some chitlins but I told mama I know she meant well but we aint tryna have you put back on life support. I DONT fool with NOBODYS chitlins but my own....just a general rule of thumb
